Warm-up
Prepare your body for each lesson. 15 mins long.
Detailed breakdown
The lesson is divided into two parts: the first is 32 mins, and the second is 34 mins. During the lesson, we dance together to music, and at the end, we perform the entire choreography with Vika’s guidance and cues.
